We are not responsible for any of your account information after you notify us to cancel your account. This information includes, but is not limited to, your web site and any email left on your account. 

All account cancellation requests must be via this account cancellation form; account cancellations submitted via fax, phone, e-mail or the help desk will not be accepted or considered valid regardless of what any staff member may imply.

Please use the form below to cancel your hosting account. All fields are mandatory and cancellations can take up to 3-5 business days to process. All Sales are Final; we do not issue refunds if your account is over 30 days old as per our policies.

If your account is 30 days old or less, you are entitled to a refund under our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. Your prepaid hosting fees will be refunded to your credit card on file within 1-2 weeks of this request. Setup fees or domain registration charges are always non-refundable.

Upon completing this form you will receive a confirmation e-mail for your records along with a unique order cancellation ID and the list of the accounts that you have requested to be cancelled. This will ensure that both our customer service team and you (the customer) are on the same page and all account cancellation requests will be date and time stamped to protect the customer should we be busy and not able to process your cancellation immediately.
